These grain-free cookies are simple to make and use clean, healthy ingredients. Whip them up in no time for a mouthwatering treat.

1 cup almond butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bar dark chocolate bar (chopped)
Preheat oven to 350° F
Combine ingredients
